CLEMS, together with the Romanian Water Association - Committee on Territorial Transylvania and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bistriţa-Năsăud county have signed a cooperation protocol with the ASEMWater - Hunan Province in the People's Republic of China. The main task is to found in Eastern Europe a joint research Centre of the ASEMWater (EJRC), implementation of models and mechanisms, focused on accelerating the establishment of the organization, as well as the network of coordination in the field of water resources. Moreover, the EJRC will be developed as a node link-ordination, as well as a pole of science and technology in Eastern Europe, specializing in the identification of talents, funds / capital, technology and information services.
